ABOUT
William Abioye: Architect is an architectural studio based in Clapham, South West London. The studio’s ethos is defined by research, process and dialogue; the discourse with clients, consultants, as well as specialist teams is of mutual respect and co-operation for the exploration of each potential project.
We believe the built environment must be carefully designed in order to enhance the lives of people in cities and local communities; with this in mind, the practice seeks to design buildings and places that not only uplift the human spirit, but add value to the surrounding context of the project.
The studio offers bespoke solutions for new build projects, property extensions, and refurbishments. It also provides landscape design, interior design and graphic design services as well as project management.

William Abioye

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
William is a UK registered architect with strong design and technical abilities. He studied architecture at London South Bank University and the University of Westminster, he has experience across all Stages of RIBA plan of work; from concept design, planning, building control submissions through to the delivery of construction projects.
Prior to setting up his own studio, he worked for van Heyningen & Howard Architects, Gardner Stewart Architects, Shepheard Epstein Hunter, Capital properties & Construction consultants amongst others. The studio has collaborated with Blox Architects since 2018, and is currently working together on a range of residential housing projects.
William also has an extensive amount of experience in Education and Housing sectors, including refurbishments, extensions and loft conversions. He enjoys the process that creates new buildings; with particular interest in one-off Private house schemes, landscape works and graphic design. In his spare time; he enjoys reading, visiting award winning buildings, watching documentaries and walking in parks.
