This project adds a contemporary single storey extension to the rear of a semi-detached house in Epping. Loft conversion, internal remodelling and a new porch to front entrance formed part of the proposal.

The design of loft space was maximised to meet client brief; two bedrooms and a shower room with WC were developed on this new floor level.
