A completed rear and side extension to a 1960's Chalet house in Loughton, Essex. The scheme also includes full ground floor remodelling and a porch at front entrance.

The proposed extension retained the vernacular character of the existing house; particularly its roof silhouttes, and its new white render has completely given the building a new lease of life. The first floor now has five bedrooms, including a master en-suit.
